BlueBEAR Returns With First Mini-Album ‘Cure’
R&B singer BlueBEAR released his first mini-album ‘Cure‘ and a music video for the single ‘Thank You‘ on 29 November 2020. He debuted on 17 September 2020 with the single Angkor Wat (앙코르와트) and is under Stone Music Entertainment, which is home to girl-groups IZ*ONE and fromis 9.
The title song ‘Thank You‘ is a Moombahton-based R&B sound genre. It’s a healing breakup song that’s unraveled in a calm but cynical way about a breakup. Other tracks of the album are ‘Let Your Soul Free’, ‘Fresh’ and ‘TAX-FREE‘. ‘Let Your Soul Free‘ is a song about freedom; it’s about feeling free and the song ‘Fresh‘ borrows the colors of the trap genre, and ‘TAX FREE‘ is a song that speaks out of reality through the dancehall genre. It also boasts of a rich composition with songs that stand out from various musical attempts.
BlueBEAR himself participated in the lyrics, composition, and arrangement of all the songs in his mini-album as well as his debut single. He hopes that his album can provide fans comfort in these tiring times and that while listening to his music, fans are healed.
